Northern Travel and Tours Co., Ltd was founded by Mr. Khonephachanh Phetphom-Ae, better known as Toon. He has over 10 years of experience working in the travel industry, has traveled extensively himself and has become a tourism expert and keynote speaker in the travel industry in Laos and Indochina.
Toon decided to open his own business in 2006, after working in the tourism sector as a tour guide, sale manager and administrator, and after completing training courses for tour guide, travel advisor, customer care and service skills. Currently the travel agency employs 4 fulltime staff members and a large network of guides and chauffeurs.
