LUANG PRABANG (Walking in the village – 3 hours trekking) (L)
Breakfast at hotel. Embark from the local pier on a ferry boat or traditional boat crossing theMekong River to the other side of the river, we arrive at Ban Xiengman. Then, we start the first trekking for 1 hour to Banchan Village (a pottery village) where people make pottery. After that, follow the way for 1 hour trek into the land, with very nice view of the mountain. On the way we take time for relaxing and a picnic lunch. After Lunch, we arrive at another village at Ban Thapho to visit. From there we make a loop for 1 hour trek on the way back to Ban Xieng Men to further ahead north of village, where we visit cave. Then we get a boat to cross again the Mekong in order to go back Luang Prabang in the late afternoon.End of Service

After brekfast, drive out of town to Ann Village about 25 KM from town, where will start kayaking along Kharn River about 3h. There you can see daily lives of locals finding food along the river bank. Many of those construction workers, some of them collect sand, stone along Kharn river to sell for construction companies in the town. Some of them are farmers, planting seasonal crops including eggplant, ginger, pumpkin, chili and other vegetable along the bank of the Kharn River. Today of first short stop visit Tadsae Water Fall, where the most beautiful here during rainy season. Most of local people gather for picnic during weekend. Arrive at Ban Noon’s Elephant Camp, overview about its original come from and daily breeding those elephant. Then take an elephant ride for hour and half throughout a jungle down to Kharn River. After lunch, drive back to Luang Prabang.

After breakfast, drive out of town upto hill Ban Long Lao, known as Hmong Village, upon arrival your guide briefing about its historical, then start soft trek about 3-4hour excursion to Kuang Si Waterfall, located south west of Luang Prabang with stops en-route to visit some ethnic minority villages. It is possible if the weather is good to swim in the clear water at the foot of the falls. Picnic lunch at Kuang Si. Get back to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon.End of service

Pick up service at your hotel between 8.30-9.00 a.m.
After picking the right bike for you we will leave Luang Prabang on a small dirt road that guides out into nature and remote areas. The first stop we have at Wat Pa Phon Phao, a forest temple famous for the teachings of Ajahn Saisamut. This large golden stupa contains three inside levels plus an outside terrace with a view into the countryside and Luang Prabang. The inside walls are painted with many Buddhist stories and moral admonitions.
After another short stretch we will arrive in Ban Panom. This village, populated by Thai Lue (a tribe with its origins in Southern China), is well known for cotton and silk hand-weaving. Here we have the opportunity to check out how to make the traditional Lao Cotton on a weaving loom. The dirt road will bring us through teakwood plantations and rice fields up the Nam Khan valley. We pass the tomb of Henry Mouhot, the French explorer who showed Angkor Wat to the world. Henry Mouhot perished of malaria in1861in Luang Prabang.
We will continue our bike adventure through rice paddies and some forests before we arrive in our Elephant Park Project area and the sensational.This wonderful place located 15 km from Luang Prabang along the Nam Khan river. Especially the views are astonishing. This unspoiled valley is one of the most beautiful. After arriving Elephant camp you will take the boat along Nam Khan up to waterfalls ( waterfall no water January till July). At the waterfall or the river you can hang out for some swimming and bathing in the refreshing cool water. Lunch will be served either on the magnificent waterfalls or on the mountain view Elephant village”. Cycling back to Luang Prabang.End of Service
